May the bunnies never nibble on your young and tender shoots.
May your transplants settle in and put down hardy roots.
May your weeds come out real easy and your lawn be fungus free;
May you never put your back out, or inhale a bumblebee.
May your roses never stab you, or your hoses spring a leak, and
may everyone come calling when your garden's at it's peak.
May you never grow too weary as you toil for hours and hours, and
may you never be too busy to stop and smell the flowers.

LOL.We all need those blessings. Cute posting.
That is sweet! Thanks for sharing this. I love it. I would like to add " may no elk ever pull out your newly planted asters"
Amen! Especially on not inhaling a bee, though I've inhaled a few gnats and flies:(
A great blessing, hope it works for all of us! :)
got the same rabbit, somewhere in the yard.
Hi Janie,
I love it. It sounds like an 'Irish Blessing'. When I worked on golf courses, I would sometimes be hit by bees when I drove by in my golf cart and I would have bright yellow spots of pollen on my clothes.
Nice blessing - no buddies in my place except for snails & slugs.
Any blessings on that? (just joking)
Have a nice gardening weekend.
sweet post - I want to add being stung by a wasp, which I have on 2 occasions when they built a nest in the compost heap. But of course if bad things never happen maybe gardening would become boring and predicatble???????
Cute post. I've never heard this blessing. We do need it.
Great little ditty for gardeners. All so nice!
Would you come to my garden to give this blessing? You can bring the bunny to hold the holy watering can.
I love it!
Blessings,
Lorilee
