I am hanging around, but I hurt my poor thumb, and I am having a hard time typing. I ripped it at the cuticle, half way down the thumbnail, and it hurts like the dickens.
So I am reading what all everybody else has to say.
I will be well soon. If I quit hitting it on stuff.....

Oh, Janie, I hate when that happens! It's those little buggers that seem to bother the most. I'd put some antibiotic cream on it and wrap it in a band-aid. Hope you feel better soon :)
Ouch! I know that hurts!! Hope your thumb is better soon!
So, How's the thumb? Did you get one of those little cage thingies that you tape over a broken finger and make it a little place to hide so it doesn't get bumped over and over?
What is there about typing that won't let you use your non-dominant thumb?
Maybe you can get one of those voice recognition programs that will translate speech to typing?
