Who runs the clock department here? The clock on my computer is correct. Where is home for this blogger outfit?
Is it really important? Why does it bother me?

In the Dashboard, click on Settings, then Formatting and then on Time Zones. Fix it.
It doesn't bother me. I know most of the things I do don't record the right time. LOL
